Postage & Returns
Delivery.
As part of our commitment we offer a fast, efficient delivery service. Orders received by 4pm Monday to Friday will normally be shipped within 24 hours.
Up to 2 Kilos is sent by Royal Mail 48 with no notifications. Over 2 kilos is through DPD - notification emails will be sent where customer supplies the information. RM48 is not tracked and we do not receive notification if your order is not delivered, so without customer notification unfortunately we do not know if an order is not delivered. Please advise within 7 working days.
Any delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands will be subject to a surcharge.
Please note that orders placed on-line on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
Once your order has left our warehouse, please notify us if your order does not arrive within 7 working days. Damages, shortages and errors must be notified within 24 hours of delivery through hello@wowgrooming.co.uk
We do not accept returns if you change your mind that you no longer require it, due to the items not being sealed.
UK Offshore Delivery
Deliveries to UK offshore addresses (including NI, ROI, Highlands and Islands) are charged at individual rates in line with prices from Royal Mail or Courier Service. This will be calculated and charged as a surcharge after your order has been placed, if you order and make payment without a prior carriage quotation Wow Grooming Ltd will notify you by email of the surcharge and on confirmation and payment the order will be dispatched or a refund will be issued for the order within 5 days from order, if there is not correspondence. An admin charge of 10% will be incurred.
EU Delivery
Deliveries to European countries will normally be made via road courier and will be agreed and charged according to product size and weight at time of ordering. Please contact us for a quotation.
International Export

Unfortunately due to aviation regulations we are unable to send aerosols by air.

Refunds will be considered once the product is returned and is in saleable condition as per the order. Original charges for carriage will not be included in the refund.
Carriage is to be paid by the customer.
Cancelled orders which are cancelled for personal choice could incur a 10% admin charge and return postage is paid by customer.
Please note our business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and we will endeavour to answer enquiries within 2 hours of receipt.
