Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of order to Wow Grooming Ltd (Company No. 11124274) before products are supplied.
Scissor Returns
Scissors can only be returned unused and in the same condition as sent to you within 7 days of delivery. All scissors are carefully checked on fulfilment of orders and leave the premises in full working order.
Only the cost of the item will be refunded. Change of mind is not included for returns. Postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Chunkers
Due to the design of chunkers, improper use may cause damage.
Applying pressure on the thumb blade can cause the scissors to lock and damage the solid cutting blade. This can occur during initial use.
As a result, we cannot accept returns for chunker models if this happens. Each chunker is shipped in full working order (video evidence is available).
Order Checking & Damages
It is the responsibility of the customer to check and confirm all orders at the time of delivery. Proof of any damages must be notified with photographic evidence where possible.
Missing Deliveries
Please allow 7 working days after dispatch before notifying us of missing deliveries via the email on the website: wowgroomingltd@gmail.com.
After 8 days, Wow Grooming Ltd will no longer be responsible.
Tracking is available on most orders.
If orders are delivered to the wrong address, a further 5 working days after tracking should be allowed, as they are often redirected.
Carriage on orders will not be refunded where applicable.
Incorrect Orders / Address Errors
Orders returned due to choosing the incorrect product or providing an incorrect address (supplied by the customer) are the responsibility of the customer to return and pay for carriage and are subject to a 10% admin fee.
Returned products must be in the original condition and suitable for resale.
The customer is responsible for carriage.
Refunds will be issued subject to the above conditions and apply to the product only, not carriage.
Price Changes
Price increases may occur without prior notice due to the current situation with the lack of availability of raw materials and packaging.
Product Images
Please note that product images and packaging may vary from the picture but will still be representative of the actual product.
Depending on the type of screen or monitor, colours and shades may appear different.
Website Responsibility
Wow Grooming Ltd is only responsible for items displayed on the website and ordered through the website.
Wow Grooming Ltd will not be held responsible for any similar, comparative, or other products which display the name Colin Taylor or Colin Taylor Products.
VAT
All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT within the UK.
Accounts
Accounts are available on request at the discretion of Wow Grooming Ltd and only to genuine trade.
Carriage
Carriage on orders will not be refunded where applicable, and payment for returns is the responsibility of the customer.
Cancelled Orders
Orders cancelled for personal choice will be the responsibility of the customer to return plus return postage paid by the customer.
Trade Accounts
Trade accounts can only be viewed when logged in. Logging in is required on each visit to the website.
Trade prices are only available once logged in, and no refund or credit can be claimed by the customer after the order has been placed and paid, unless at the discretion of Wow Grooming Ltd.
UK Offshore Delivery
Deliveries to UK offshore addresses (including NI, ROI, Highlands and Islands) are charged at individual rates in line with Royal Mail or courier services.
This will be calculated and charged as a surcharge after your order has been placed. If payment is made without a prior carriage quotation, Wow Grooming Ltd will notify you by email of the surcharge.
On confirmation and payment, the order will be dispatched, or a refund will be issued within 5 days if there is no correspondence.
Cancelled orders for personal choice require return carriage to be paid by the customer.
Liquids
Liquids cannot be returned once delivered unless faulty.
Spillages and damages which occur in transit must be notified on delivery with delivery order number and photographic proof sent to wowgroomingltd@gmail.com or via WhatsApp on 07597 374117.
Deliveries During Disruption
During disruptions with courier services and Royal Mail, we may use alternative services. Orders could be delayed up to 14 working days.
Please be patient, as this is outside the control of Wow Grooming Ltd.
Wow Grooming Ltd does not take responsibility for the loss of parcels during strike periods. Please contact us by email and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
