Shipping & Returns
As part of our commitment we offer a fast, efficient delivery service. Orders received by 4pm Monday to Friday will normally be shipped within 24 hours.
Up to 2 Kilos is sent by Royal Mail 48 with no notifications. Over 2 kilos is through DPD - notification emails will be sent where customer supplies the information. RM48 is not tracked and we do not receive notification if your order is not delivered, so without customer notification unfortunately we do not know if an order is not delivered. Please advise within 5 working days.
Any delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands will be subject to a surcharge.
Please note that orders placed on-line on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays, will be despatched the next working day.
Once your order has left our warehouse, please notify us if your order does not arrive within 5 working days. Damages, shortages and errors must be notified within 24 hours of delivery through hello@wowgrooming.co.uk
We do not accept returns if you change your mind that you no longer require it, due to the items not being sealed.
