 UK Offshore Delivery

Deliveries to UK offshore addresses (including NI, ROI, Highlands and Islands) are charged at individual rates in line with prices from Royal Mail or Courier Service. This will be calculated and charged as a surcharge after your order has been placed, if you order and make payment without a prior carriage quotation Wow Grooming Ltd will notify you by email of the surcharge and on confirmation and payment the order will be despatched or a refund will be issued for the order within 5 days from order, if there is not correspondence.  An admin charge of 5% will be incurred.

Please note our business hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm and we will endeavour to answer enquiries within 2 hours of receipt.
